I had some matcha powder in the cupboard and some white chocolate. I was tempted by the prospect of blondies, but went down the muffin route instead.
I slightly regret this as I am not ordinarily a big muffin fan.
However, they came out very well (and a highly luminious colour). The matcha taste was distinct but subtle. The white chocolate was a bit too sweet and a tad over powering. I should have been less lazy and worked in down into smaller flakes/chips.
Still, worth a go. The recipe was cobbled together from several on the interwebs, such as this one.
