Salted PB&J Cheesecake

This recipe was actually sourced a couple of years ago from Waitrose magazine; it is from John Whaite, the 2012 bake-off winner.

I was a little cavalier about what quantities of ingredients I bought so slightly had to make last-minute adjustments to get something about 2/3rds of the scale.

The end product was very pretty if a little stodgy (PB&J plus cheesecake = zzzzzzzzZZZZ).

    • Thank you! It was very nice – the saltiness of the peanuts just about cut through the sweetness. You could probably try variations on the ingredients to get the perfect combination.
